Misc Questions

Why are my stars prettier than all of your stars?  Well David, I happen to think that blue is a far superior color to green. While going green may be the hip thing to do right now, I will stick with blue, which according to color meanings is strong, important, peaceful, and intelligent. All four wonderful characteristics for a moderator.

Why have I never met any of you?  Because you live a sad, unfortunate life.

Favourites (show-related)

Place to sit (onstage): BB2
Place to sit (orch/mezz): I don't care as long as it isn't on the left side of the theatre.
Usher: Am I the only person who never has a favorite usher at any show?
Song to watch: Touch Me
Song to sing in the shower: MWBM Reprise
Song to sing in public: 96000 and Inutil. In the Heights is where it's at. Sorry SA.
Scene to watch: Ilse monologue and Moritz's final monologue
Scene to reinact in the shower: umm I don't act out any scenes in the shower
Scene to reinact in public: I don't act out any scenes, but sometimes I do yell to Penski LAST ONE THERE HAS TO HOLD HANDS WITH HANSCHEN!
Melchior: I only ever saw Groff and Kyle, so out of the two, Groff
Wendla: Lea
Ilse: Eryn's Ilse is perfection, but Krysta's is also my favorite, and Phoebe from what I saw.
Moritz: Johnny will always be my favorite, but technically, I think Gerard is the best Moritz there is.
Hanschen: JBW
Georg: Skylar back in the beginning, Gerard later on.
Otto: Brian back in the beginning. Matt Doyle later on.
Ernst: Gideon
Martha: I've only ever seen Lilli, but I am OBSESSED with Krysta's DIKW. I think she sounds like she would have been the most amazing Martha ever.
Anna: Phoebe
Thea: Remy
Adult Men: Spinella
Adult Women: Christine Estabrook

Misc Questions (show-related)

Which role would you most like to see Jenna in?

OH. MY. GOD. HARDEST QUESTION EVER!!! More like, which role wouldn't I like to see Jenna in?! Every female character please in every show EVER.

Describe the most epic fuck-up you ever witnessed during a show.

At first I wanted to write Lauren Pritchard's "performance" last August when I saw it, but then I realized that wasn't a fuck-up. That was just someone who doesn't know how to act.

Jonathan Groff stops you on the street. He is visibly upset. He has just found out that Patti LuPone posted a scathing review of his performance in 'Hair', with criticisms about his performance in 'Spring Awakening' thrown in as well. He wants to take you out for drinks and trash talk Patti. You are currently on your way to meet Patti for dinner. What do you do?

This is so hard!!! Nobody likes to see Groff upset because he's just so darn cute (even Lin-Manuel Miranda thinks so), but I mean, I can't stand up Patti.

John Gallagher Jr. asks you to run to Duane Reade and buy him dinner. What do you get?

You know, I have actually heard that he recommended Duane Reade to a hungry person once and until that moment, I had no idea Duane Reade had food. I've actually been in many Duane Reades and haven't seen food. I did get a Tide To Go pen before though and it didn't get the stains out.

Phoebe Strole asks you if Jon is single. What do you say?

I tell her that he is and all she needs to do is tell him what kind of food she enjoys and he will take her to the perfect restaurant. They can first work up an appetite wandering around the city in search of the subway.

Lauren Pritchard's parents invite Andrew over for dinner. He hires you as a bodyguard and offers you a healthy sum of money. Do you accept the job? Why or why not?

Andrew would be stupid to hire me as a bodyguard because I am weak, but I would so take that job to witness that dinner.

Describe your experiences with the OBC. Who did you love? Who did you love not so much? What are some of your favourite memories. What do you miss?

I love the entire OBC and miss them so much. Even if I wasn't incredibly fond of someone's performance (such as Lauren), there was something so special about them all as a whole that will never be topped. I get blasted because of how much I miss the OBC and how bad I think the show has become, but honestly, if you weren't there since the early days, you just don't get it. You can still be a HUGE fan of the show coming in later in the game, but being there from the early days of the show when it was still fresh and new and it felt as if the fans were on the journey with the cast is something else entirely. Being able to watch them go on their journey and watch the show develop and watch them all grow and succeed was amazing. I have loved shows before, but never as much as I loved this show.

Describe your experiences with everyone new (everyone non OBC). Who did/do you love? Who did you love not so much? What are some of your favourite memories? What do you miss?

I haven't seen the most recent newbies, but I did enjoy some of the first replacements. The only person I really for the life of me could not stand was Kyle, who I believe was worse than Lauren (on a REALLY bad day *most of last summer*) and Ken Marks (on any day) combined. Okay that was a big exaggeration. Ken Marks at least made me LOL and even though Lauren was most times horrendous, her voice and her stage presence was great. I really hope they never bring in someone as bad as Kyle ever again though.

How has your 'relationship' with the show changed since the first time you saw it up until this very moment?

It is still my favorite show and all the time I spent loving it will always mean something special to me, but it just isn't the same to me anymore and it hurt the last time I went back. I've moved onto ITH though. Stef's new address: 46th in the window.

How many times have you seen the show, anyway?

I feel as if you are asking this question so that you can assess my financial situation. Nice try.

Stef-cific Questions

Has anyone actually ever mistaken you for Krysta Rodriguez? If so, is there a story? If not, what would your reaction be if someone did.

Honestly, way too many people to count. Only one story matters. I think anyone who says it is wrong and really stupid. I really don't get it at all! We look NOTHING alike!

Has anyone who has ever been on LOST ever told you that you look like Krysta Rodriguez? If so, please give us an in-depth description of your epic relationship.

It's so weird that this question was asked because someone from LOST did tell me I reminded them of Krysta!! Karl from LOST and I have an amazing relationship. The first time I met him, Frances took me by the hand and we walked toward Blake. She then introduced me as Stef and then he said he was Blake and he put out his hand. He was staring me in the eyes so I couldn't skip the chance of shaking this fine gentleman's hand. That was the beginning of a beautiful relationship.

The second time I met him, I was standing there with fellows mods Rachel and Andrew and Andrew held up Usnavi which drew Frances to us. The Blake came over in his grey tshirt with some words on it and I was all, "We came here to meet Frances" and he was all, "Frances Mercanti-Anthony?" Frances is correct. He is a funny guy. Then he randomly said to me, "You remind me a lot of Krysta Rodriguez" to which I did my, "WHY DOES EVERYONE SAY THAT? WE LOOK NOTHING ALIKE!" He then told me it was a compliment, to which I replied it was a compliment to me, but not to Krysta since she is STUNNING. Frances then mentioned how he has the same shirt in another color, which sparked a conversation between Blake and myself about how we love buying the same shirt in different colors. I informed him that I owned the tank top I was wearing at the time in three different colors. He looked impressed. We are total Bffs.

Just how much do you love Alex Lacamoire?
***NOTE FROM THE EDITOR:  stef's first answer was something similar to "he's okay."  she changed it the next day when she found out he was leaving forever.***

I love Alex to death!!! The show just isn't the same to me when I see Zach conducting because Zach has good hair, but not as awesome as Alex's hair. I will seriously miss him so much when he leaves the show and I don't want him to go. He's the coolest, chillest conductor around.

Where did sleeping with Hillary Clinton get you?

It got a good president impeached (you really can't blame him for what he did because look at what he deals with daily) and it apparently put a man in the streets with nothing but a cardboard sign. As for me, I was too busy showing my support for Obama to let the evil witch rape me.

Am I (Katie17) still president of yours and Paris' fanclub?

I believe you are unless there is anyone else out there who wants to fight you for the job or else who wins ITH lotto for me.

Why are you lucky enough to look good with bangs?

God decided not to make me Jenny Lewis, but to make up for it, I was blessed with the ability to have bangs.

If you were offered any role in 'In the Heights', who would you want to be?

Usnavi DUH!!!! I am the fiercest Usnavi ever. I make Lin look horrible because I rock so hard.  Also, Kevin just so I can sing Inutil.  Female roles... CARLA!!! She is my favorite character because like Carla, I am not all there, yet I make up for it in adorableness (or so I tell myself). I am currently obsessing over Afra's dance track, so I would love that as well, but honestly, if I were to be offered any role in ITH, something would be seriously wrong with the casting people's heads (unless it was for Usnavi obviously).

If you were a flower, what kind of flower would you be?

I love daisies, but I love larkspur just because the symbolism of the flower is "beautiful spirit."  I also enjoy chrysanthemum because Phoebe made it a fun word to say.

Those were the most typical Stef answers and I'm not even remotely surprised. Did I mentioned that I can't stop cracking up because I can totally hear Stef's voice going over those answers in my head?

The wording of this sentence is quite possibly my favorite part:

encore from stef:

what WOULD you do with 96 g's?

jon has a 'date binder' that he puts all his great date ideas in.  pictures of potential outfits, menu's from potential restaurants, smooth pick-up lines, cheesy pick-up lines.  it's very impressive.  you'd be impressed, mistress senor!

Interesting, so Stef get's 96 gs and she steals Jon's binder. Make sure to do it when he's drunk so that he doesn't notice Wink
