...I might actually go back JUST to see this. My last trip wasn't that great, but I will tolerate all the bull to check this out.
And no, Lea should NOT do this. I would hate to finally see her in a role where she doesn't get to showcase her beautiful voice.

English is the better route, to be honest. Everyone in the country who is likely to see the show speaks English to an almost fluent extent, so there's no need to translate. Not to mention, it's hard to translate certain expressions and words when there's no direct translation AND there's the matter of the extra syllables that would come out of it.

Agreed. And that's true with mostly everyone who would see it being almost fluent. Even with television in the Philippines there is a lot of English speaking nowadays. It'd be really interesting to see in Tagalog, though. |
