Omg I must have missed Jenna! Too bad...
Okay so ssquibb asked me to tell about what Lea talked about in between her songs. I'll try to type up as much as i can remember.
The show started a bit late, like 10 minutes after it was supposed to. Shane Scheel and Chris Isaacson (the Upright producers!) introduced Lea, and she immediately sang "The Life of the Party". It was a great start

After the song, she said something like, "This song also took place in the 1920's.", and sang "Not for the Life of Me". When she was done, she said that she wished she could tap dance. Hahaha.
Lea said how she left Spring Awakening on May 18, with fellow cast mate Jonathan Groff and how she was with the show for 8 years (my mom was like, "Ohhhhhh", as well as many other people in the audience), mostly the stuff that we already know about. She explained the next song she was about to sing was not her character's song; it's mostly an ensemble piece. "Touch Me"
"Easy to be Hard"- Lea then talked a little about Hair, and how Groff was in it at the Public and how it closed the night before. She was sorry she couldn't be there.
"Waiting For Life" -A little cute thing I need to tell you. When the music started, Shoshana was like, "NO WAY." I don't know why, but it was amusing.
I don't remember much about what she said before/after "I Don't Know How to Love Him", and "Once Upon a Dream/Someone Like You".
"A Little Fall of Rain" - She talked a little bit about the Hollywood Bowl and Les Miz, and then introduced John...there was a lot of screaming lol.
Lea then took a break and John took the stage. "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You" - John was like, "I'm going to sing a song I've never sung before." and when the music started, people were laughing and cheering. When he was done, the lady next to me (the one who was in my way most of the time lolol) yelled, "HOT!", and John's all, "It's the light." lmao it was adorable.
"A Multitude of Amys" -"What's a show without Sondheim?" ...I don't know, John. I don't know. He sounded beautiful.
Lea came back and was all, GTFO. Lol I kid. No, she was all, "Get off! This is my show!" hahahahahahahaha.
"I'm going to sing Sondheim, too!" -Not a Day Goes By
"Another Day" -Lea then said how Deborah Abramson was her MD back in New York City and how she couldn't be here tonight. Deb written this song for her

"On My Own" - I don't remember much, but she was beautiful.
encore! While I'm Not Around. I don't remember much on this, either. haha
That wasn't as detailed as i wanted it to be. Sorry :/
